After two experiences within music startups, Vinyl It and then Soundcharts, Maxime joined Irma, one of the organizations that merged into the Centre national de la musique in November 2020. As head of innovation & ecological transition at the CNM, he is responsible for monitoring, producing resources and supporting players so that they can make the most of the transitions sweeping through the industry.
