A graduate of a leading business school and holder of a Master's degree in the management of cultural institutions from Paris Dauphine, Matthieu Ducos joined the organization of the Rock en Seine festival in 2004, when it was in its infancy (2nd edition). General Manager of the event since October 2021, he has held the following positions in turn: communications manager, sponsorship and patronage manager, sales manager and then deputy manager, actively contributing to the development of the project and making the event an essential reference in the French and European summer cultural landscape. For over 10 years (from 2006 to 2016), Matthieu was also involved in the creation and development of the EuropaVox project, a festival, events and media entirely dedicated to promoting European musical diversity.
