Lydie Ougier is a technical advisor in the Expertise and Programs Department of ADEME (the French public operator for ecological transition). With a Master's degree in environmental studies and a diploma from ESSCA Business School, she has worked as a project manager and supervisor in various areas of ecological transition: waste, mobility, building, consumption, etc.
In 2021, she contributed to the collective foresight project, Transition(s) 2050, which resulted in the presentation of 4 possible scenarios for leading France towards carbon neutrality and their implications in terms of transforming our lifestyles, consumption and production.
