Lola Levent is a poet, manager and journalist. After completing a master's degree, during which she focused on the aesthetic dimension of the work of the great figures of French pop and rap, she worked with several media and labels in Paris and Brussels. At the same time, she created the Beaux-Raps platform, designed to build bridges between contemporary art and hip-hop, and began to question the place of gender minorities in music. She founded D.I.V.A. in 2020 to raise awareness of sexist and sexual violence, support artists who identify as women in their careers and set up inclusive projects with the hope of opening up new perspectives and questioning our approach to the creative industries. She helped found the association Change de Disque.
