Katharina Weber is Project Manager at the Bonn Promotion Department (BN*PD) and, in this capacity, is also heavily involved in YOUROPE - the European Festivals Association. As part of the association's various projects, Katharina works on the creation of tools and guidelines to help festivals adapt to the future. Her most recent topics of interest are event sustainability and festival diversity. Before joining the music industry, she worked for seven years as a journalist for newspapers and radio stations in Germany. She holds degrees in English Studies and Applied Linguistics from the University of Bonn, Germany.
