Juliette Donadieu has been involved in the cultural and innovation sectors for over 15 years. With a background combining entrepreneurship, venue management and cultural diplomacy, she has affirmed the need to combine the power of public service with the agility of the private sector, and to put arts and culture back at the heart of contemporary society. In 2009, she set up her own agency, Les Traverses, to produce the Futur en Seine innovation festival. In 2012, she joined the Gaîté lyrique as production director, and in 2017 left to work as a cultural attaché for the French Embassy in San Francisco, where she created the Villa San Francisco, the forerunner of the Villa Albertine. In 2022, she joined the Art Explora Foundation to experiment on a large scale with new models of cultural democratization that are open, committed and in tune with the challenges of the 21st century. In 2023, she took over as General Manager of the Gaîté lyrique.
