Juliette DELFAUD

After more than 10 years in consulting and research firms in the audiovisual and cultural industries, Juliette joined Sacem in 2012 in the Strategy Department. In 2017, she joined the Members Department to lead a program to transform Sacem's relations with its members. In January 2019, she took charge of the new Member Services department within the Members' Department. She is in charge of Admissions to Sacem, member reception and information hubs, the development of online services and tools, marketing and operational communications, as well as CRM and Member knowledge.
