After several years' experience in label work (Vicious Circle) and event production, Hélène soon launched her own independent label, Miaou Records.
Determined and militant, she multiplies her collaborations and notably co-directs FACE B, a documentary on the place of women in music, which will be broadcast for the closing of the Musical Ecran festival.
In September 2020, she joined the team at FELIN (Fédération Nationale des Labels & Distributeurs Indépendants) to develop MEWEM, the first mentoring program for women in the music industry (of which she is a mentor in 2020). Her European deployment has enabled her to gain very specific skills in cultural project engineering and international cooperation.
Drawing on her experience and honed expertise in equality and diversity issues, in 2022 she takes up a new challenge and becomes CEO of MEWEM France.
