After many years of experience organizing concerts, parties and free parties, and volunteering at festivals, I became the first employee of the Montpellier festival.
festivals, I was the first 100% salaried employee of the Montpellier festival as production manager and press officer from 2005 to 2009. At the same time, I supervised and managed the volunteer teams at the Thau festival for 4 years.
In 2010, I joined the SMartFr cooperative at the launch of the Montpellier branch, where I developed skills in administrative management, support, cooperation and community animation.
In 2019, I became a territorial delegate at the opening of the Occitanie-Est office of the Octopus regional federation of contemporary music. In particular, I led the network of members, organized meetings and events in collaboration with regional structures, supported local professionals and represented the industry.
After a skills assessment, some wonderful encounters and a year of fantastic and decisive female mentoring, I decided to change direction!
Since 2023, I've been working with the cultural engineering cooperative Demain, dès l'Aube, located in the Gard region, to develop the ecological transition cluster. We offer support, training, round tables and workshops, for the moment:)
Since March, I've been a member of The Green Room's Board of Directors. Along with other professionals, our mission is to support the association in its strategy and development, and to represent it where necessary.
