Gwendolenn Sharp is the founder of The Green Room, an organization working for environmental and societal change in the music industry. She has worked with cultural institutions, festivals and environmental NGOs in Poland, France, Germany and Tunisia and has diverse experience in concert production, tour management, project design, international cooperation and the development of tools and strategies. Since 2016, she has been co-creating solutions for low-carbon touring and carrying out assessments, awareness-raising actions and operational training on artistic practices and environmental issues.
In 2019, she is contributing to the operational study Mobility Scheme for Artists and Culture Professionals in Creative Europe countries (On the Move for i-Portunus). She collaborates with numerous European networks and projects. She was one of the innovators in the Keychange program for 2022, and was a resident at the Villa Albertine in 2023 for a music and environment research project in the United States.
