Involved in music from an early age, Elvire Delagrange has chosen to make a living from her passion in a variety of forms. Trained as a pianist, she played in several bands over a number of years on the stages of venues and festivals. At the same time, she set up her own artistic agency dedicated to band development and musical event production for almost 10 years.
She then joined the Metronum venue and the Rio Loco Festival in Toulouse as artistic programmer.
She has been particularly active in promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusion in music, notably with the creation of the "Women Metronum Academy" musical mentoring scheme, dedicated to supporting and highlighting women musicians in all their diversity, of which she is co-coordinator.
