Daphné Weil worked for almost 15 years in the business travel industry before switching to music full-time.
After graduating with a Master's degree in management (BAC +5), Daphné decided to focus more on business management.
In 2009, she made her debut in Hip Hop with a friend, producing and organizing the "Retour aux Sources" concert at the Elysée-Montmartre.
After booking a lot of artists for concerts, while continuing to work in tourism, Daphné launched into phonographic production, releasing several albums on her own.
She then began managing the rapper Lino (Ärsenik), who was about to release a new album.
In 2015, now a consultant specializing in business travel processes and technologies, Daphné decided to stop her career in tourism in the middle of the release of Lino's album, and now works 100% in the music business.
In 2016, Daphné teamed up with the founders of the DAYMOLITION structure, which has helped bring to light many French rap talents (Ninho, Vald, Sofiane, RK, Georgio, Timal, etc).
In 2017, Daphné joined Sofiane (Fianso) in creating the web show "Rentre dans le Cercle", a cypher bringing together well-known and lesser-known artists, with the main aim of highlighting the discovery of rappers who have no other means of exposure to be able to showcase their talent.
Daphné is the executive producer and now runs the project hand-in-hand with Sofiane.
In 2020, Daphné sets up AllEyezOnIt UNLTD, which specializes in digital campaign offers, in particular Google Ads, and supports independent and label artists in developing their careers.
In 2021, Daphné becomes the right-hand woman of singer, actor, comedian, producer, publisher, lecturer... Sofiane (Fianso).
As such, she becomes the point of contact for various players in the music, film and theater industries, and other fields in which Sofiane excels.
