For the past 12 years, Cécile Héraudeau has been Director of Convivencia, based in Occitanie on the outskirts of Toulouse. In particular, she is responsible for the artistic direction of this sailing world music scene, whose highlight is the Convivencia Festival, an itinerant event on the Midi canals that celebrated its 28th edition in 2024.
Prior to this, she held a number of production and project development positions in the cultural sector. Committed to diversity and equality, she is President of Zone Franche, the world music network.
She is regularly called upon for artistic advice and participates in selection committees.
