Benjamin DELOBELLE

With a Master's degree in Musicology from Sorbonne University, Benjamin began his career as a talent scout in the artistic department at Naïve label. Currently, he coordinates the Pôle création artistique at FGO-Barbara and Les Trois Baudets, two cultural institutions of the City of Paris, where he implements support programs for young creators and emerging artists in current music. Among these initiatives are Variation(s), the Prix Cécile Pollet, Coups de Cœur, Bootcamps, and Listening Sessions, which offer young talents unique opportunities to develop their projects. Benjamin also initiated fOCUS, a series of talks focusing on artistic creation in current music with over thirty conferences connecting students, professionals and artists to discuss about today's sector challenges. His work is intertwined with a broader reflection on the challenges of artistic creation in music and the vital role of supporting emerging talents.
