Alexandra has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, and has been involved in health and safety and consulting for several years. As a board member of the Yourope Event Safety (YES) group, she focuses on the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge in the field of event safety.

Working for festivals such as Lollapalooza Berlin (since 2015), Rock am Ring (2022), Superbloom Festival (since 2022), the New Year's event at Berlin's Brandenburg Gate (since 2020) and various stadium shows every year, she has seen the diverse spectrum of events in terms of production, health and safety and licensing.
