Pauline trained in film distribution and international sales before moving into public affairs. She joined FERA in 2014 after serving as deputy delegate general at the Société des réalisateurs de films (SRF) in Paris, and took over the presidency of the European Audiovisual Observatory Advisory Committee in 2020.
