Joël Beyler has been active on the music scene for over ten years, notably through #14 Records (www.diese14.com), his Strasbourg-based artist development structure. Instigator of pop and folk rock musical epics, #14's mission is to encourage the emergence of artists, to defend musical diversity and the search for new talent, by supporting projects as close as possible to their artistic approach and identity.
As an artist manager (member of L'AMA - Alliance des Managers d'Artistes), he has made artist emergence his specialty. A Swiss Army knife, he adapts to artists' needs, also developing label and booking activities.
He also leads a project for Grabuge, the musiques actuelles network in the east of France, to support musical entrepreneurship. An active member of associations, he is also involved in a number of music networks and associations.
