Francis-Gaël Grommier's musical career led him to work with a variety of productions, including BMG, before he turned to event production, management and the association of brands with artists. He continues his activities with the coordination of cultural projects with the Alto-sequanese structure LPE. During these cultural missions, he was in charge of coordinating "PJJ" (Protections Judiciaires de la Jeunesse) actions for the deployment of Artistic and Cultural Education (EAC) with audiences in custody for the RIF (Reseau des Musiques actuelles Franciliennes).
