Charlotte is in charge of accompaniment and artistic practices for Normandie Musiques Actuelles - NORMA, and is a member of the R2D2 collective, which initiated the national Festivals En Mouvement project, working to experiment with soft and alternative mobility in cultural events.

Among her activities, she's also in charge of the START & GO program, which identifies and supports Normandy artists, some of whom will be taking part in the Normandy Music Live showcase. Among the winners: Maddy Street, Violet Indigo, Fishtalk, Blank\, We Hate You Please Die, Servo, etc.

Since 2021, she has also been founder and programmer of the DOUCE AMERE festival (Orne).
