Charlotte Caleb studied law before moving into artist management. Her first job was managing Tricky at the renowned German label !K7 Records. She then moved on to The Big M where she managed an eclectic mix of acts from bands to DJs, a major label supported in its early days. It was here that she met co-founder Jasmin Tadjiky pka TALA. After experience in viral video rights management for Jukin Media, she joined AWAL where she developed the channel optimization and BI & Data teams. In 2022, Charlotte and Jasmin co-founded elleven.studio, a platform that gives artists without managers access to the expertise and advice of world-class managers on demand.
