With over 15 years' experience in the music industry, in strategic positions with independent label Because Music and major label Universal Music, as a consultant for music start-ups and as a freelance artistic coach, I decided to create the Ballroom structure to put my passion and skills at the service of artists. A graduate of the Harmoniques stage and artistic coaching program in Paris (methodology and deontology of the Haute École de coaching), I devote most of my time to supporting artists, helping them to make the most of their careers and projects.
