Having worked at various international festivals and then in the cooperation and cultural action departments of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Carol Meyer joined the Art Rock Festival team in 2015. Initially administrator and head of production, she took over as director in 2018. In this position, she has notably driven a strategy of ecological and social transition and reworked the festival's economic model. In 2020, she also joined the board of the International Federation of Festivals "De Concert!" as co-president.
