Valérie Martin holds a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in environmental economics, and joined the French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME) in June 1993. She has been Head of the Citizen Mobilization and Media Department since 2008. In this role, she oversees the Agency's strategy for the general public and young people, which includes a section dedicated to imagination and new narratives. She also coordinates actions linked to responsible communication and responsible marketing. She is co-author of the "Guide de la communication responsable" (ADEME éditions - 2nd edition October 2022) and manages the dedicated website communication-responsable.ademe.fr.
