Over the past 20 years, Sébastien has been involved in a number of cultural projects, including the Château Éphémère sound and digital factory, which he directed for 9 years. He was also a professional musician with Orange Street (600 concerts, 5 albums), the resident band at the Caserne wasteland in Pontoise. Before its closure, he produced a tribute compilation: Présentez-armes!
Passionate about jazz and world music, he organized his first concerts, which were part of the Festival Jazz au fil de L'Oise.
He initiated and co-produced with JMF one of the very 1st shows dealing with the history of contemporary music: Odyssée Jamaïque... at the same time as training as a live show administrator at the GRETA des arts appliqués.
The desire to promote the principle of artistic wastelands and their abundance led him to co-found the Premier Dragon collective, and to co-initiate the Cavan Farm project in Courdimanche.
In the course of this adventure, he became musical coordinator or co-programmer for festivals such as Cergy-Soit! Aux urnes etc. Un Air de voyage l'île aux Mix Festival, B-Side Reggae, Vexin en scène, Permis de construire etc.
Since then, he has been involved in professional networks for contemporary music (Combo95, RIF, FEDELIMA) and hybrid arts (RAN and HACNUM), and in 2024 joined the DRAC IDF - Ministry of Culture's College of Music Experts.
