Rudy Guilhem-Ducléon is in charge of supporting the 33 member festivals of the Collectif des festivals. His mission is to unite the association's festivals around the challenges of ecological and social transition, advising them and helping them develop the skills they need to go further each year in a continuous improvement process. Also in charge of projects, he coordinates several regional and national projects on mobility, food and energy, always with the same objective in mind: to reduce environmental impact and enhance the festival experience. At the same time, he works freelance for a number of contemporary music festivals, on projects relating to ecology, stage management and programming.
