After a Master's degree specializing in contemporary theater, Mathilde Carmet worked at the Théâtre du Rond-Point, the Théâtre du Peuple and for theater, dance and circus companies in production/accompaniment offices. She was then in charge of music projects at Adami's artistic action department for 6 years before setting up an artistic productions division in 2014. There she designed and implemented strategic events showcasing performing artists. Since November 2019, she has been in charge of the accompaniment and support for artists and projects department, which brings together financial aid, accompaniment and artistic productions.
