After 15 years in the industry as PR, Marketing Project Manager and SSM, Marika decided to learn all about digital. A former country manager for Ditto Music in France, she decided to go solo and set up her own agency: Pool Management. Spotting talent and helping them build their careers. Working with amazing artists: Ravage Club, Lydsten, Agathe Bonin, Izadora, Aprile, Dalaidrama, at the heart of electronic music and technology! Working with Ai, all technologies: she's passionate about technology and music. As a publisher, Marika also develops artists in France and internationally. An advocate of sisterhood and queer artists, her expertise is unique.
