Lucie GODDARD has learned to make the world an open stage. With Club Med for nearly 10 years, this self-taught cultural expert has held positions in human resources, events and customer experience. As artistic director of the Club Med Live program for the past 3 years, Lucie and her teams invite nearly 3,000 artists and creative talents to live artistic residencies and all-inclusive events in the finest destinations in Europe, Africa, the West Indies, Mauritius and the Seychelles. Passionate about music, the performing arts and entrepreneurship, Lucie's ambition is to grow this iconic program with and for its members. Convinced that inspiration comes from travel, working on the impact her residencies have on creation is the driving force behind this thirty-something who is determined to shake up the lines of culture in hospitality.
