JEREMY PRITCHARD BIOG
A classically trained cellist and singer, Jeremy has been involved in music since childhood and began playing bass guitar at the age of 14. Growing up in the shadow of popular venue The Forum and his own independent label Unlabel in Tunbridge Wells, he played and promoted many on the South East DIY scene in the 2000s.
Graduating with first class honors in Popular Music and Recording BA (Hons) from the University of Salford, he formed Everything Everything in 2007. Jeremy has released seven critically and commercially acclaimed top 10 albums with the band and has toured extensively around the world, collecting numerous awards and nominations, including five Ivor Novello nominations and two Mercury Music Prize nominations.
Inspired by his work with The Forum and early experiences touring popular venues, Jeremy became a Patron of The Music Venue Trust in 2014, before becoming a Trustee. He was invited to join the board of Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) in 2016. In 2017 and 2018, he hosted a monthly music radio show on MCRLive.
Throughout 2019, he toured internationally with Foals, on bass, vocals and keyboard, playing over a hundred shows that year.
In 2022, Everything Everything recorded its highest album to date with "Raw Data Feel", and followed it up in 2024 with the seventh top 10 LP, "Mountainhead". In 2024, he began teaching at Sheffield's Waterbear Music College. He is now based in Manchester.
