After a career as an artist that led him to work with various productions, including BMG, Francis-Gaël Grommier shifted towards event production, management, and brand association with artists. He continues his activities with the coordination of cultural projects with the Hauts-de-Seine organization: LPE. During these cultural missions, he has notably been responsible for coordinating "PJJ" (Protection Judiciaire de la Jeunesse) actions for the deployment of Artistic and Cultural Education (EAC) with youth under judicial protection for RIF (Réseau des Musiques Actuelles Franciliennes).
