Daan has 20 years' experience in software development and AI, is a former Dutch technology diplomat in Japan and, as an MIT Sloan Fellow, began focusing on supply chain dynamics in the music industry. As co-leader of the Open Music Initiative's technical working groups, he helped align over 200 US music industry companies on an open source data exchange API. Has lived and worked in Amsterdam, Tokyo, Boston and Dublin. Long-time skateboarder.
