Charlotte is in charge of artistic practice and accompaniment for Normandie Musiques Actuelles - NORMA, referent of the festivals' working group and member of the collective R2D2 behind the national project Festivals En Mouvement, which work on experimentation of soft and alternative mobilities in cultural events.

Among her activities, she is also in charge of the identification and accompaniment device of Norman artists START & GO. Some of them will be participating in the showcase Normandy Music Live.<br>Some recipients : Maddy Street, Violet Indigo, Fishtalk, Blank\\, We Hate You Please Die, Servo, etc.

Since 2021, she is also the founder and artistic directress of the DOUCE AMERE festival (Orne).
