Céline Bakond founded La Neuvième Muse in 2020. It was during her master's degree in music administration and management that her interest in the economics of copyright in rap emerged. The subject of structuring music industry players also stayed with her during her position in the subsidies department of the French producers' rights management company (SPPF). It was thanks to these experiences that she decided to set up a support company to help players in the rap industry put music administration at the service of their artistry.
