For several years, Carol Meyer worked abroad for small venues & festivals and then for the cultural section of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Back in France, she joined the team of the Art Rock festival in 2015 as Head of administration and production, then became Director in 2018. In this position, she has been responsible for the development of new strategies and for implementing the festival's sustainable development goals. In 2020, she joined the board of the International Federation of festivals “De Concert!” as co-president.
