Committed since its creation to “fostering equal access for women and men to the music professions”, the Centre national de la musique shared its equality and inclusion roadmap last June, after conducting an in-depth review in 2023 to also combat all forms of discrimination and promote inclusivity in the music sector. This workshop will provide an opportunity to review this roadmap and the concrete actions to be implemented to promote greater inclusion in the music sector.
