Three years after the launch of the Plan Outremer and its operational program, the Fonds Outremer, the CNM will present an assessment of this initiative. This workshop will look at the results achieved, emerging trends, and complementary actions to the FOM such as facilitating access to common law aid, promoting overseas artists and improving the range of services (training, etc.). Testimonials from beneficiaries will illustrate the concrete impact of the plan in the field.
