How can music inspire action? With what impact? What role can artists play in this period? How can music and ecology raise awareness of ecological issues? This conference will attempt to answer these questions through concrete examples, with contributions from artists, ocean specialists and bioacoustic researchers. Mangroove Music and Sea Shepherd France will present a preview of the #wearetheocean campaign. This “we are the world” of the 21st century oceans will be represented by a collective of artists whose names will be revealed at the conference.
