A career in the music industry, whether as a pro or an artist, has always been the subject of fantasies as much as questions, as the milieu is reputed to be as fascinating as it is difficult to access.
But what is it specifically like for racialized people wishing to work there and last?
Naïma Bourgaut, CEO of Blue Line Productions, and Yann Cléry, multi-talented artist, both La Nouvelle Onde mentors (in the "Je gère" and "Artiste-Entrepreneur.e" categories respectively), will look back on their journeys to discuss key obstacles and successes.
