Created in 2016, the Music Ombudsman is tasked with resolving disputes between various stakeholders in the music industry. Jean-Philippe Mochon, a State Councillor and the current Music Mediator since 2020, will revisit this function, which is still relatively unfamiliar in the industry, and share his insights and experience with it.
