Becoming a parent is a massive life change on so many levels, yet it remains treated as a private and separate issue for all those who work in the live music industry, with little to no accommodations made for working parents. How can we better take these priorities into account and give back choices for all the parents in live music, from artists to technical teams, booking agents and venue staff ?
