PÉNICHE is an instrumental post-punk noise trio featuring Lucas PINEAU on guitar, Axel Pasquier on drums, and Léa Fourrier on bass.
Born in 2018, the adopted Touraine trio unveiled "A T L A S" two years later, a raw, powerful debut EP that served as a veritable birth certificate for the band. This was followed by "DEUXIÈME ÉTOILE", a second opus with an assertive identity that blends driving rhythms and heady sounds that sometimes go as far as trance, across five tracks inspired by ocean racing.
After successfully defending their two self-produced EPs on over a hundred dates, their 1st album "TRIPLÉ" was released on March 15, 2024, signed to two labels, Floral Records for France, and LUIK Music for Belgium.
