Anna Bozovic and The?o Noe?l-Apperry met in high school over 10 years ago. After a successful career in theatre as a comedienne for Anna and in music as a drummer for The?o, they formed oda. in June 2022. In a modern indie folk style, with occasional pop arrangements, the duo transport us into a sensitive universe combining acoustic melodies with synthetic strings, mixing English, French and Serbian.
Spotted and supported by Le Chabada (SMAC Angers) since January 2023, their first single "Great Fortune" was released on June 23, 2023 on all platforms, and joined the official FIP playlist in September. On December 15, 2023 the duo released their 2nd single "IDK" with a video directed by American designer Sabrina Nichols (The Smile, Yo La Tengo, Kenny Beats, etc.). oda.'s debut EP is scheduled for release on September 27.
