Anaysa - pronounced "Anaïssa" - is one of those singer-songwriters who stirs something deep down with her love songs. Unhappy, idyllic, friendly, frustrated or fulfilled, but always finely written, sublimated by a singular voice trained in lyrical singing. It's pop that's not so "unlovely" after all, sometimes illuminated by soul or broken up by a slam. And songs aimed right at the plexus.
